Kate Spade-Inspired Dessert Table & Photo Booth at the Marine's Memorial Club, San Francisco

We were at the Marine's Memorial Club in San Francisco last Nov. 1st for Tracy and Stephen's wedding. Inspired by lifestyle accessories and fashion brand, Kate Spade & Co., the couple chose a chic color scheme of black and white with splashes of vibrant colors of hot pink and bright orange for their wedding day.  Taking a cue from the brand's iconic graphic designs of black and white stripes, gold dots and bold colors, we created their dessert table using these elements. Since we also worked the photo booth, we were able to extend the design elements to the prints at the photo booth, achieving a cohesive look for the wedding.

With its intricate gold details, elegant chandeliers, and a gorgeous view of the city, the Crystal Ballroom at the Marine's Memorial Club embodies the old world, classic charm of San Francisco. As the name implies, it is a living memorial to the US Marines who served in the Pacific during the 2nd World War. Located near Union Square, it has been a landmark in San Francisco since 1946.  

Tracy later told us that the table we created for her was what she had envisioned, and that the guests said that the table looked like this came out of a catalog!
