Halloween is one of our favorite themes to work on. When Christina of Tunein contacted us to design a dessert table for their Halloween party last Oct. 30th, we couldn't wait to get started. We were asked to design around a graveyard theme, so after the the menu was set, we knew we had to have fun with the food labels.
Here is the menu: 1) Dragon Eyes- Double Crisp Chocolate balls 2) Ghost Pops- Blow Pops- 6 dozens 3) Decomposed Eel- Chocolate Pudding 4) Zombie Teeth-White Chocolate Pretzels 5) Graveyard Mini Cupcakes 6) Witch’s hand- White Cheese Popcorn 7) Night Crawlers- Gummy Worms 8) Witch’s Gold- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 9) Witch’s Jewels- Starburst 10) Pickled Bat-Milk Chocolate Kisses The Styling details: The next step was to look for the elements that set the scene for the graveyard table-a full moon with a flying witch as graphic background, tombstones, lots of skulls, creepy crawlers, old candle holders, spider webs, and printed scary food labels. For the witch's hands, we inserted acorn as finger nails and poured white cheese popcorn into food-grade, clear gloves. We love the marshmallow pudding headstones, and propped them on top of chocolate pudding. We attached flying foam ghosts to lollipops, and also used some ghost-decorated wrappers to make the Ghost pops. There are so much details. See the photos below:
